useless Nedbank

I`ve had a business account wit Nedbank for nearly 9 years, we saw a gap with a new venture to increase turnover by starting R4 million going up to 20 million per annum within 2 years, go to the local branch I use and show them the proposal, the idiot branch manager thinks I`ve gone asking for an overdraft, I need to finance the new equipment you *****, eventually he puts me in touch with some retard from small business service 6 weeks down the line and 3 emails later I still haven`t had a response, as a business we have more than double the amount I need to finance sat in a money market account with this useless Nedbank so where's the risk. next week I will be closing 3 accounts with pathetic organisation and taking my business else were.
