Useless Nedbank
Nedbank totally useless at helping customers. Blocked my account, and have been trying to unblock the account for a week now . Will be my fourth visit to the Robertson branch. To no avail. Should not take 7 days to unlock a account , with my money in it. Not the banks money , my money ..

09 Mar 2018, 12:56Since the response 3 day ago , got one phone call , but no solution , no follow -up call nothing. Still the same problem. NEDBANK YOU ARE USELESS . Never again if I have a choice .
