Useless Nedbank

What a poor service I got from Nedbank card less service,Their customer who’s a private client to them deposited money to me via card less service as I’m not their customer and I will never be one, when I try cashing out the money their ATM died while I’m still busy then I couldn’t cash out,then the next morning I went to another ATM to cash out but to my surprise I got a receipt saying the voucher has been used while I never received the money then I called their useless call center where I was provided with a reference number since the 14 of march until today they I have never received the money to my surprise I was sent a text saying it has been declined I called to ask y I was told that I did withdraw the money wow up until today I have never heard from them that’s how useless they are
