Useless Internet and Cell phone banking

I have been dealing with Nedbank for almost a year now, they started off really well but lately its just been disappointing. Their cell phone banking never works when you need it to and when you try to use their internet service you keep getting errors. There is nothing wrong with the internet on my side. When i try to do cell phone banking i keep getting \ A technical error has occurred please try again later"How much later because obviously two weeks is not enough time for them to sort it out. This has not happened just once or twice"
