Useless incompetence

Three times I’ve asked Nedbank to close my platinum account and it still hasn’t been closed, instead they keep charging me nonsense amounts for VAT when the balance owing is at zero. I had only intended to close the credit account but I despise ****** so I’m moving my home loan, car finance and closing that AMEX as well.
