Useless Greenbacks

What a useless feature the Greenbacks, I transferred myself funds 2 days ago to my wallet until this day I've not received the funds and theu deducted in my Greenbacks. When I contact nedbank to enquire I'm told I need to wait for 2-3 days on top of the 2 days I've been waiting. I need the funds now not in 2 - 3 days. Like worst part of it all is that there's no way of contacting Greenbacks directly all the call Centre can assist is apologizing and escalating that's all.
