Useless

Useless,nedbank atm rebooted during a transaction i was busy with. Phoned and cancelled my cheque card,ordered a new one with the nedbank money app and they sent me greenbacks shop card.

They want me to pay for a card that i did not order and then pay for a new cheque card as well even if it was nedbanks fault.

At the moment i have 3 greenbacks shop cards on my profile that means absolutely nothing. The client services department is useless,the branch is offline,the call centre does not answer.

No client service from nedbank,i have been a customer for 20 years but i am going to change banks
