USELESS ***** DEPARTMENT

I reported a ***** case on the 30th of January 2023. Unauthorized transactions went through my app. Today is the 29th of March 2023, I still haven't heard from Nedbank. I was told this case will take 6 weeks, it's been 8 weeks now. I've been calling almost every day for the past 2 weeks and all I get is "Ashwin will contact you". I get the same story everyday, some consultants even told me they will escalate the matter but to this day, I haven't heard a word from nedbank.
