Useless customer Service.

Nedbank has very bad customer Service their chat board is very useless I swear no proper training was provided to these agents I have been enquiring about my account overdrawn with no response no answers at all I've been requesting for call backs not even one is returned. I've been using nedbank for my entire years I think it's about time I change banks.
