Useless !!!!!

I am struggling for more than 3 weeks now to sort out a simple issue with greenbacks. No one helps, and I get transferred from the one call centre agent to the next. Calls get cut off all the time, although I have full signal on my phone. Every call lasts more than 40 minutes on my account, and nothing gets done. I am starting to think greenbacks is just a ****. Useless is a compliment to them
