Useless building loan department

How does one get hold of your building loan department. The contact centre tried calling them the whole of yesterday. They don’t answer their calls some numbers listed no longer work. We tried sending them msgs also on teams. No one reply even though they are all showing as available. The call centre also mentioned that there is lots of customers that complains and nothing is being done about this department
