Useless branches located at locations

I went to Nedbank Motse wa lijana, to open a Late Estate account as instructed by SARS. sat there for a good 45min, during that time no one is coming to us to ask what do we need assistance with. A lady that came way after me, was the 1st one to be assisted, without even asking as the light skinned lady shouted shes at work, mind you that lady was not in police uniform or whatsoever, it means its one of their friends. We kept on complaining the light skinned lady was helping some old lady but had now frowned because we are complaining. by the time it was my time to go to the service agent, she just said we dont do it here go to chris hani, so what i woul d like to know is why is nedbank bringing a bank that doesnt assist with clients needs? It simply means even that so called branch manager is useless she cant open a Late estate account?? the next day i had to go to Alberton branch to avoid going to chris hani and be given the run around. So alberton branch told me they only open that account only if the funds are going to be more than R150k
