USELESS Bank who *****s your money

Nevermind the fact that applying for my student loans with Nedbank was a nightmare - you spelt my name 7 DIFFERENT ways on the first contract and gave me an extra 15k on the second student loan I didn't ask for and still tried charging me interest for it... my student loan has finally been repaid. I called last month to check the settlement amount and it was just over 4k. I made my usual payment this month, and called today to check the settlement so that it may be paid. I was told that it was already paid and that I must be reimbursed for what I had overpaid this month and that I could go into any branch to do. I went to East Rand Mall branch straight away, where I spent little under 2 hours repeating my story to your service champion - who called student loans & I had to give her the correct number by the way. She then sent me off to a queue where the lady at the counter didn't know how to help me either - I repeat my story. She speaks to her team leader / manager who says they can't help me. Eventually I get told I can be helped but I must wait for another consultant. I get to the second consultant - repeat my story, and surprise surprise, she doesn't know how to help me. She chats to her team leader who also doesn't know how to help. She calls student loans - again, I had to give her the correct number! And she goes off to speak to the manager and eventually I am told that she can close the account and reimburse me via EFT as I bank with Capitec - who I see you've now copied with your biometric system and issuing of tickets by the way, which the staff member laughed and rep**** "yes we copied Capitec". I had to ask for proof of the account being closed and I was told all she can give me is a copy of the application to close account - which indicated the reimbur*****t figure by the way! So I go on with my day and just now receive sms of payment into my Capitec account from Nedbank to the amount of R915.20. I was firstly told the amount was R965.20, secondly I was shown onscreen the overpaid balance of R965.20, thirdly the application to close account I signed states R965.20 and lastly, I sat with the lady as she filled in the EFT request form where she not only typed the numerals R965.20, she typed out in words - nine hundred and sixty five rand, twenty cents. So I hereby demand an explanation as well as immediate reimbur*****t of the outstanding R50 that Nedbank owes me!
