Useless Bank lost Major client

My account was hacked by a **** business account created 15/12/2025 @ 11:10pm through a sim swap 4 days prior Nedbank systems did not pick up. My residence address in a complex was approved as a Garage and auto repair!!!! No zoning checks, nothing. Nedbank approved the **** business account by verification through my records saved, yet the email was **** and I had a widow profile with unemployment for 3 years. **** id and no xds approved. Overnight I was approved as a Some Director. *****ulents hacked into my Unit Trust and Removed R600 000 over a 24 hr period because a **** business account was approved. I lost over R 597 000. Even after reporting ***** I was hacked the next day where my financial advisor called in, And got the amount reversed. I continued to be hacked through my investigation. I have proof Nedbank reversed the hacked money into my account via investigation going on. I have proof of **** business account that allowed such a loss. One of the branch members forwarded me the **** business email. Nedbank denied liability. I am now with NFO ombudsman.

I gave this bank 4 years of service. I have large investments with Nedgroup . Once my investment reaches maturity I am leaving. My credit card was maxed by *****sters. I am forced to pay that debt as I am found guilt of social engineering yet no proof was provided. Hence the NFO.
