Useless bank

So disgusted by the service at Nedbank. I have been trying to close the account for over two months. With stories. They flagged my account because of the issues I have with debit orders I have not authorised. If they go check they would see I never even accepted those debi check for the gym company. And now I keep getting unpaid debit orders and have to pay the fees like I am rich and have money to waste. Please close the account or I will refer the bank to the Ombudsman. I am not paying a cent more. I am holding the bank liable for any fees that incur from today because of your lack in assisting me to close the account. I have done everything on my side. Fix your systems and close the account don’t give me stories of statuses that you put on the account as a bank. The same way you put it on is how you should remove it and close that account. I don’t want or need it. Stop telling me to cancel debit orders with the gym company I have done that it’s not your problem. You should worry about closing the account because you are leaving it open for them to keep attempting to debit me for things I didn't authorise
