Useless bank ever

Horrible service from Call Centre and branch consultant, we had a Stokvel account with Nedbank, transfers were made into accounts, however mine did not reflect, I immediately phoned the bank to see if my account was fine, the call Centre agent assured me that everything is fine, I should give time to reflect, the find came in 3 days after, we been in the branch twice already and phoning the call center several time. No one showed to be caring and a sense of emphaty. We are going to close the Stokvel account and our personal account, move on to other banks
