Useless bank Ever.

My experience with Nedbank is horrible. I was ****med. I don't know how the guys managed to access my account using face detection and ID...with their IPhone. Met a guy and two ladies promoting Pick n Pay SmartShopper. Downloaded the PicknPay app. Used my ID and my banking details were not captured. Boooom money started disappearing from my account. This guys managed to transfer 2k to their cell phone. Reversed a debit order for R1880.

Clearly we are not safe with Nedbank.

Useless Bank Ever Thembisa Mall branch is worse than Multichoice. Had to go back and forth trying to sort out the issue. You tell them you suspect ***** and they make you stand on the queue. ***** should be treated as a priority.

I want to be reimbursed ASAP. My child is only 5 days old. I'm supposed to be spending paternity leave with my baby. I'm at the bank everyday for the past three days. Typing this I'm at Thembisa Mall branch....WAITING
