Useless Bank

February 2020 Nedbank atm “swallowed” my cards. I app**** for new cards which to date 16May2020 haven’t received. I have used their send iMali in the interim but that too is faulty. It’s either you don’t get your money(like in this case) or the money comes through the next day. Right now I am waiting for money that I sent to myself a month ago. When I enquired with Nedbank they say the money went into a MobiWallet which I don’t own. They could confirm that the money was sent to my correct number. They have since(1 month now) been investigating how that happened. I want my money. I can’t wait a month while they figure out how that error happened. I have a reference number from them ***0 which doesn’t matter now because they can’t resolve the issue.
