Useless Bank

Good morning

I would like to lay a complain. Your personal loan team is seriously *********** first of all i am writing this email furious as i feel that they did little to nothing in terms of helping me with my issue so excuse my french....but f* nedbank.

I want to make a refund on my personal loan account which i had settled days before they made a second debit on it. I called your stupid contact centre and no body as in NO BODY in your team has been able to help me...its a little amount but it is mine...and i want it back.
