Useless bank

How does one spend more than 3 days trying to withdraw a simple instant money? I mean its called an instant money for a reason,

I called (0860) 555-111 I don’t know how many times, still they cant help me withdraw my funds from sendimali/mobimoney. When ever i dail *120*002# and enter my pin than select withdraw to get details to withdraw the funds i get an error saying ‘something went wrong and I can’t create a voucher right now I should try again later’ its been f*cken 3 days with this issue and the stupid call centre people are unable to help me, they all just keep hanging up on me, let alot the team learder aswel is unable to help me.

Why should I struggle to withdraw a simple instant cash? They pretend to be helping but instead they put me on hold and say they are still checking something on the system but after a few minutes they hang up. Already i spent more than R200 worth of airtime trying to get help but still I haven’t gotten any assistance. 😤
