Useless Bank

Someone falsely used my details to open an acount and appy for a credit card, I did call Nedbank to report it and they said I must open a police case which I did. They are still deducting my money and whenever I call they tell me the investigator is Mpho Mogotsi who is never available when I call or send an email. I want them to stop deducting my money because I did not open any account with them and I sent everything they wanted from me.
