Useless Bank

I received a debi check showing that I app**** for a credit card from Nedbank, I rejected the debi check and immediately called Nedbank to cancel the application of which they said it is cancelled. To my suprise money was deducted for the same credit card that Nedbank said they stopped the application for. I want my money back and that card cancelled immediately.
