Useless Bank and Internal ***** at Nedbank

The *******ion and ***** within nedbank is unbelieveable , so I get my replacement credit card after a month after I reported ***** on my account on the 27th of november , and guess what a day before I get my new card and the old one was block there was ***** again without me having a card and not being able to do any transactions and this time it refers to cross border transactions , so tell me how the hell do you transact without a card and two ********** transactions within a month this is pathetic and insance and the constant battle with the call centre cannot carry on , so half and hour after received my new card after a waiting period of a month I am unable to transact. So after reporting the ***** again I was promised that a card would be delivered today the 23rd of December at 10 by UTI and still no damn courier so I call the call centre again and now the card is in production . So how long do I still have to carry on with this contant battle with ***** and *********** staff and battling to get service and get this **** sorted. PLEASE GET YOUR **** BANK TO WORK PROPERLY
