USELESS BANK

I had an account with this company for 3 months. In that 3 months R566 went off my account that only had R82. Two transactions where done which left my account in a negative of R500 and cents. I immediately notified Nedbank and they created a ***** case number for me to get back to me with the results of their funding, because to them they cannot tell if this was an online purchase or if the card was swiped. Every month Im being threatened to pay this fee or else I will be handed over. I reply with their case number all the time and that says nothing to them. Today I get an sms stating that my account is sent to legal and they will put a judgement against my name. You call their ***** depatrment no one there to take a call. Their App chat just as useless as everything else there.

Guess the next step is to open a case against Nedbank for theft and harrassment.
