Useless bank

It's a very useless bank with super unprofessional employees. Whoever designed their their communication system ****med them. I called MFC to assist with rearrangements for my vehicle financing and they said that they will send me communication with the outcome within 48hours. 72 hrs later no result from them! I called again and they said it was approved. However, they are now sending me threats saying you skipped a payment!!
