Useless bank

Is Nedbank it's own law. How do they choose when debits come off. Set hhe debit date wrong as you gey paid once earlier due to a weekend. Then refuse to change it back and tell me I'm late with payments. But they the ones that debit my account through nedbank where my salary gets paid. I am so irritated with them monthly and affect my credit score cause they can't grasp the fact they causing the issue by refusing to change debt date.
