Useless bank

I app**** for a consolidation loan last week. When I spoke to the consultant she advised me to settle my accounts then apply for a loan. What's the point then? Why would I apply for a consolidation loan after settling my accounts? My salary gets paid into my Nedbank Account. But they not willing to assist. Anyway, I've made peace but I will never ever recommend anyone to Nedbank. It's one of the worst banks. They offline month end...their app has issues. No temp loans. It's Green...for Rich people. My experience with Nedbank is bad.
