Useless bank!

We have our bond with Nedbank and they are beyond useless. They do not debit yet there is money in the account. They do not give a proper bank account number to EFT into! They tell you to use you bond account number as the BANK account number for EVERY bank and this does not make any sense! Please can someone give us the proper bank account number to pay into.
