Useless, Arrogant and Thieving Nedbank

Nedbank has *******ly withheld my money since the 22nd of April 2021.

On the 22nd of April 2021, Nedbank 's bank app was down without any notice. I was forced to withdraw money from their ATM at Fourways Mall and make a cash deposit to my debtors.

Their ATM jammed in the process of cash deposit and withheld my money. The security officer manning the ATM wrote the ATM terminal number on a piece of which he adviced me to present to the tellers for help.

I then entered the bank for help. The consultant helping me was useless as the their system. He told me he will just lodge a query but could not help me, I insisted they credit my bank account to simplify the problem, he refused.

I insisted he call his superiors as he useless. He called his manager who told that there is nothing his branch can as this was an IT issue, it had nothing to do with them. I told him that was immaturity and poor service from him to blame another department in the same organization on their uselessness.

I was given a form acknowledging my query and promised the transaction will be completed within 48hrs which has not happened.

On the very same day I received an sms from Nedbank indicating receipt of my query advising me the funds will be in the recipient's account within 2 working days which has not happened even after a week.

I have been communicating with useless BEE appointments ****** on Nedbank Facebook Messenger to no avail. I have been asked to confirm with the recipient if the funds are in, yes I have done that, still no funds reflecting. It is very hard to request receipt of PoP without having transaction references, what authority do I have to even ask the recipient without reference of the transaction? I have asked for a simple proof of the transaction status from Nedbank to no avail. They told me they were going to follow up with the bank of the recipient, it is puzzling to hear this ******* as the recipient's bank is also Nedbank, what ******* is this follow up excuse.
