Useless app for online banking

Nedbank sell and promise things they can not deliverand useless app features that don't work. missed placed my card, request for a new one online, when I went to the bank I couldn't get the card while it was inside the bank they had it. I was told to come back at 1450 before they close after arriving at 1300hours still could not get it. The money app is useless the have a list to approved payment but you can't actually use any of them. The chat feature is also useless you wait for a long time for a response till it automatically logs you of. Water of time. Not a convenient bank regret joining
