Useless and pathetic service

I recently joined Nedbank. It was a requirement attached to the approval of a home loan. I ordered a credit card and have been waiting for 2 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived. I have had dealings over the years with 3 other SA banks and they take about 3 days to provide one with a credit card.
