Useless and *********** staff and service, not recommended!!

My credit card expired last month. A week before the end of the month I phone them to make sure the cards was ordered correctly. I was told the cards was ordered and I should get an SMS within 48hrs to pickup the card at the bank. Now 12 days later I called them only to be told that the American express card has been sent and the Visa card is at dispatch for delivery. The American express card is useless as very few shops except it. Further more my wife who also has a card must order her card at the bank when I get my card, delaying the process even further. Useless, *********** but friendly agents, Its time to move on!!
