useless and *********** banking institution

What a poor service from Nedbank, I have a personal loan with Nedbank and on Tuesday I made a payment to settle my loan and to my surprise when I called I was told that payment has not reflected on their side, this morning they went on and debited from my account which they were not supposed to do because my debit date is the last day of the month and secondly I made payment into the correct account.

Now this will cause an inconvenience for me and my son because the funds that they debited from they were meant for my son's school fees. How on earth does a payment not reflect after 4 days it had been made.

This is ****ing me off as I cannot be given a clear reason as to why this has happened. I am being told that I will need to wait for them to do investigations and in all of that my son stands a chance of not being allowed into classes because I wouldn't have been able to make payment.
