Useless agents

The inconsistency of your agents😤You call, WhatsApp go to the branch and you are given different kinds of information, an agent from Nedbank called me to offer me an Amex or green bucks account and my gullible self agreed and I stated which branch I want the card to be delivered to only for them to deliver to a branch that is more than 50kms away from me when I eventually go there I’m told they only keep the cards for 90 days then they destroyed them. Why could the agents I have been speaking to on Live chat tell me that? When I’m told of a fee of R150 on top of the petrol I have spent mxm!!! I want to close this account.
