Useless
I phoned and cancelled my cheque account in September however they never cancelled it and now it has charges up to date and at the branch this octavia lady says she refuses to help unless I pay the charges which is unfair as I did cancel it in September bow I have to pay for their negligence. She is unhelpful full and argumentative
