Useless

I am very disappointed in the service recieved from Nedbank Insurance for a Geyser claim. 1 week now without hot water and they don't care. I pay a fortune every month for this useless insurance for them to allocate even more *********** companies to fix things.

Don't expect feedback or communication about claims from these people because that definitely does not happen.
