Useless

A few months ago i got a message saying I need to FICA my account, so i went to the bank and got some one there to make sure that I am ok as I didnt want my account locked. They said it was all fine. The Fica messages kept on coming through and I called the help center who said to me that its all ok and I dont need to worry as I am FICA'ed. This morning i wake up and checked my account and it was locked. I called up and was told that its locked due to fica. I was told that it would be sorted out within 45 minutes. 6 hours later it was still locked and I could not spend any money - Imaging if i could not fill up my car due to nedbanks ineptness...I called them 4 times as I was told it wont be long and was told that there is nothing they can do as they are waiting for an email from the fica department. While I am as typing this they called and said it was soted out - so called them just before 7 this morning and it only got sorted 13:15.. Thanks Nedbank. Only use them if you really really have no other choice
