US Tax Cheque Deposit

<p>I am disappointed in the manner that we've been pushed from pillar to post at Nedbank - my daughter received her US Treasury Tax return cheque from the USA - what a mission to get this cheque deposited or collected.</p> <p>The first cheque she received expired as Nedbank in Cape Town mislaid the cheque after a period of 6 weeks. The US Treasury noticed that the cheque was not cashed and had expired and sent a second cheque. After being told at Nedbank in Goodwood (Cape Town) the cheque can be sent for collection but will take 8 weeks - we get a call this morning to say the cheque cannot be sent for collection - how does this work - the cheque is legitimate - I have been a Nedbank client for almost 20 years and their service is putrid - i have since changed banks - my daughter is experiencing the same ****py service with Nedbank. How can this be resolved?</p>
