Urgent Complaint Regarding *****ulent Transactions and Delayed Resolution by NetBank

On June 19, 2025, my mother’s NetBank account was hacked and about R40000 was ****** in five unauthorized transactions. She had only just received her card on June 5, making this highly concerning.

We reported the matter on June 20, opened a police case as instructed, and provided NetBank with the case reference. They initially promised resolution within six weeks, later changing it to six to nine weeks. It has now been over two months, yet no refund has been made, and promised updates never came.

The continuous delays and lack of transparency are unacceptable. We urgently request that NetBank resolve this matter immediately and return the ****** funds.
