Urgent complaint regarding the Nedbank connect plan

I wanted to cancel the nedbank data plan I had created because it was not compatible with my phone, I tried doing it on the App but it was not successful, it gave me an error saying that I should visit my nearest branch. I went to branch and they said I should call the call center, I did that several times but no one was helping me, at one point they told me to go back to the branch. I've been going back and forth with them, at the call center and the branch. The sad part is that they will charge me for this data plan, of which I haven't been able to use.
