The customer care agents needs to message supervisors while you hang on to confirm general questions it took me 20mins which while still hanging for information disconnected as time expired. 10min before i called the call centre on toll free no the agent had to wait almost 10min to confirm with supervisor which they message in the end he took my details to be called back.
