UPSET CLIENT QUERY NOT RESOLVED

As an individual I have had funds withdrawn from my account but the query has never been resolved from the 25th off November the agents give me the run around but never call me,I urgently need the funds but it was never refunded to me its quiet upsetting because I called the queries department and they are not seeking to help me
