Uplift the contract

Hello.

My MFC account number: ********** 0001

I would like to find out whats happening with my contract because 11 days back I sent the complaint to MFC about the vehicle purchased that I want to uplift.

On the 13/01/2017 I fetched the car from the dealer but I returned the vehicle because of the engine that was faulty of which I was told it was Valve tronic and there was a sound of chafing when I accelerated. It went for repairs for a week. Then I went to fetch it on the 20/01/2017.

I recovered another problem on the vehicle that the left back door is not opening from the outside and the vehicle didnt have power when I accelerated. I returned the vehicle for the door to be fixed and to check whats wrong with the car on 23/01/2017. I fetched the car on the 25/01/2017 afternoon of which I told the sales person that I want to uplift and he told me let’s wait for the car to come from repairs then we will take it from there. Still the sound was there and I told the manager and the sales person that I am uncomfortable with the sound it makes because its like something chafe or scour when I press the accelerator but they told me it is the sound of the car, and I told them there's nothing like that. The manager even admitted he can hear that sound but he said its a small thing. I told him if its a small thing surely you can fix it, but it seems its a big thing or a hidden thing of which i think it might be a big problem in few months time. I told them about the sound the first time I fetched the car on the 13/01/2017 from the dealer when the engine was faulty "they have been aware since i first fetched the car". On the 25/01/2017 I experienced another problem with the fog lights and it was the very same day I fetched it from the door to be fixed . I still insist that I don’t have confidence anymore and i am in despair for this vehicle because I don’t know whats next that needs to be fixed. I feel betrayed and not treated fairly.

On 28/01/2017 I sent MFC Complaint Letter and I also sent Thandile Booysen. Chris from MFC called me on monday 06/02/2017 to find out if the dealer did contact me and I said no, which indeed they didn't make any contact. I asked Chris about time frame because time is ticking and he told me they gave the dealer 7 days to respond of which it ended yesterday 07/02/2017. After talking to Chris from MFC I made contact to the branch manager of the dealer and He didnt answer his phone, I texted him on whatsapp then he checked my texts but didnt respond till today. I went to the dealer today on 08/02/2017 but I was told he is not there at the office. Today the fog light was replaced because i called and they also knew about it from the 25/02/2017. To my surprise they told me that the foglight warning light will remain beeping every 15mins because the technician at the workshop made some means by cutting and merging some wires to make the foglight work. They told me if I want to get that warning light fixed, I must get an electrician to replace the wiring of which the technicians at the workshop messed up. THESE INFO WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME AND I FOUND OUT TODAY. I feel like I am forced to take this vehicle and these car has problems of which they dont want to admit.

They are also buying time now because I have been complaining about this car since day 1. Its now almost the 4th week but nothing has been made even follow ups. I am going to leave the car at the dealer tomorrow 09/02/2017 I don't want it, I am not happy with it.

I would like assistance in regard to the article change of a vehicle 2008 BMW 320i to 2010 Hyundai I20. The dealer informed me that they are going to do the paper work of the new vehicle and they are going to do the invoice of which the dealer will not put any prices or figures on the new invoice, the only thing that is going to change is the details of the vehicle on the new invoice of the Hyundai i20. Is it legitimate for the dealer to do that on the basis of article change? The dealer said pricing is still the same as the BMW 320i. The dealer got the information from Brenda Vanz from nedbank here in vaal of which Brenda said we are going to wait for credit approval from MFC. I really need your assistance in this regard. My issue has been dragged for too long and now MFC is going to deduct for the vehicle which is not in my possession.
