updating my credit profile with some else's details dropping credit score

Nedbank has updated my credit profile with credit card that has not been paid that is not even mine. Now I cant not continue with my application because because of this . Funny enough they are confirming its not mine it belongs to someone else but they are saying there is nothing they can do .
