Updating Credit Bureaus by Nedbank

I have made a payment (full settlement) for personal loan that I had with Nedbank. For weeks now I have been requesting the bank to update the credit bureaus that the account is now closed and im not getting feedback, The lady I am dealing with Swazi K, never takes my calls and my emails go answered. When I call the bank every person says she is the one to update that information. Is there any one out there who can get me to sort out this matter at Nedbank? Anyone
