Update the account with credit BEREAU (Transunion/XDS/Transunion)

I settled a credit card through a third party SJP and i was advised that the credit entities will be advised so they can update to date i have not been assisted. I have been calling both both are Nedbank and the third party but both are looking at each other to update . Feeling a bit inconvenienced after a battle of getting the settlement letter now this.
