update of credit bureau

i settled my nedbank loan Aug 2014 to date it still reflects with a legal status on credit bureau.<br> I Have emails from Madel stating that it has been updated contacted the call centre*** on 10/04/2015 at 15:15pm) spoke to kelly was advised that is it still reflecting and that i need to call transunion/experian directly to update my own credit report.TO MY UNDERSTANDING THIS SHOULD BE DONE BY THE CREDITOR i have confirmed this well.Kelly also provided me with Legal contact details was referred to alt ext and no answer.<br> <br> spoke to Christopher(call centre on 15/04/20145 at 08:43am) was advised to send an email with my credit report in order for them to update it, this was done Aug 2014 as well and to date no luck.<br> <br> please can someone help me as i would like my credit bureau to be updated asap and i am sick and tired of being pushed from pillar to post since last year Aug
