update my credit status

My name is BNG Zulu, ID ***.I have a credit card with Nedbank card *** 1 and I once app**** for debt review due to a fact that I was ****med an amount of R89 000. I late cancelled the debt review. My credit card at that time was owing R 52 000. I did manage to pay an amount of R5000 and later on I paid R20000. My account was immediately handed over to Norton Lambriands Attornities. What bothers me is that when I check on my Trans union it shows that I haven't been paying for the past two year and nedbank is deducting R1000 every month. This is affecting my credit status very badly. I want nedbank to update my status so that I can enjoy my credit status ad regain my credit points. I did spoke to them last year but they took me from pillar to post I need assistant
