Update Credit Bureaus

I have made payment of R2500 on the Nedbank Credit Card last month already, but the Credit Bureaus haven't been updated. I am going to make another payment on Friday, will this not be updated as well. No come on Nedbank, I'm trying to build a credit score here. Nedbank is the only debt I have, update it. I received a statement last week and my balance is R14 860.21, please update it
