Update

IRATE CUSTOMER Been using Nedbank more then 3 years now, Ive never encountered any issues with the branch til today. Today I sent myself imali sent only to find out when I get to the ATM machine there is no 'imali withdrawal 'option only cashless withdrawal option... I then go to the bank branch ,only to find out the imali sent has been discontinued... WHY WERE WE NOT SENT NOTIFICATIONS REGATDING THE DISCONTINUATION WHY IS THERE STILL IMALI SENT ON THE APP.... I HAVE SENT MYSELF A WHOLE OF MONEY TO PAY BILLS NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MONEY TO REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WHEREAS EVERYTHING OF MINE HAS TO WAIT BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE
